Most of our home organization and support services are priced by the hour. During your free consultation, we’ll talk through what makes the most sense for your goals and budget. Every home and project is unique, so pricing varies depending on size and scope.
The stewardship of your time and money is important to us. Our hourly rate means you only pay for the time you need — nothing more. It allows us to be flexible and cost-efficient while still providing high-quality, personalized service. You stay in control of the investment and can pause, continue, or expand as your needs evolve, ensuring you get lasting results that truly fit your life.
2025 Average Hourly Rates:
Single Team Member: $45-$60 per hour
Two Team Members: $70-$90 per hour
Three Team Members: $100-$130 per hour
We strive to provide you with a realistic estimate of total time needed for your project, and in some cases, we may be able to offer a single bid for the complete project.
Our first visit is a time for me to get to know you and your space. We’ll talk about your goals, how you use your home, and what matters most to you. If you are ready, we can discuss next steps along with time and cost estimates.
You don’t need to clean up or apologize for your space — truly! Having an authentically “messy” house is helpful for understanding where items naturally land and how your spaces are used. When I can see the complete picture, it helps me determine which systems are most easily maintained. We will make the most progress as we build a mutually trustworthy relationship. I’m here to help, not to judge.
The best thing you can do is just be ready to begin! You may know exactly what you want or need, or you may not. Either way, I’ll be listening and gaining a clearer understanding of your wishes and needs.
Here are a few things to consider as jumping-off points:
Most sessions last between 3–8 hours. We work efficiently but never rush decisions. Every home — and every person — moves at its own pace, and we’ll adjust to what feels right for you. Our goal is steady progress — making the best use of each hour while keeping the process calm and manageable.
That depends on your space and your goals. Some projects can be completed in a single session, while others come together in stages. When it comes to scheduling, you are in control! We’ll create a plan that fits your calendar and comfort level.
We like to begin projects with you so that we can make decisions together and create systems that truly fit your routines and lifestyle. As we move forward, you can decide how involved you’d like to be. Some clients prefer to stay hands-on, while others are comfortable completing small bits of homework between sessions and allowing me to work independently. We’ll work together to set clear guidelines for our partnership, and whatever your comfort level, we’ll find a rhythm that works best for you.
Never. You remain fully in control at every step. Our role is to support and coach you through decisions — nothing leaves your home without your approval. If a project feels more emotional (like decluttering heirlooms), we can plan to alternate between practical tasks and sentimental ones, so you don’t get overwhelmed.
Yes. We’ll help you bag and label donation items and can take one carload per session to a local charity. For larger loads, we’re happy to connect you with trusted haul-away services.
Yes. We always make sure the areas we organize are clean before placing items back in their spots. Wiping surfaces and tidying as we go is part of our process — and part of doing a task well. We believe an organized space should also feel fresh, clean, and complete when the job is done.
Not necessarily. We like to begin with what you already have. Once we’ve decluttered and organized your space, we can suggest bins or containers that fit your style and budget — only if they truly add value.
Yes! We can provide convenient shopping links for you or handle the purchasing ourselves. Product sourcing is part of our full-service approach — we take care of the details so you can simply enjoy your refreshed space.
We’ll create systems that are simple, functional, and easy to maintain in everyday life. If you ever need a little boost, we also offer maintenance sessions to keep your spaces tidy and running smoothly.
We ask for a 3-day notice for cancellations. We understand that life happens — just let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust the schedule to accommodate you.
We accept most forms of payment, including cash, check, credit or debit cards, and Apple Pay.
