Frequestly Asked Questions

Pricing varies by project size and level of detail. Our per-square-foot rate includes two phases: a detailed final
clean prior to paint touch up or punch list and a pre-close move-in clean. In 2025, our builders typically invest
$0.40–$0.50 per square foot for both cleans together.

We handle final construction cleans, touch-up cleans, and pre-walk-through detailing to ensure your project is
ready for client presentation, photography, and closing.

Full dust removal (including high areas), cabinet and drawer wipeouts, fixture and surface cleaning, interior
woodwork, floor cleaning based on flooring type, and full home readiness for handoff.
